Kill to Win (Journey)
Right after I made the game “Scarecrow - don't look away”, I thought that it would be a great idea to make another game, as “Scarecrow - don't look away” was a great experience for me and I learned much from that.
What inspired me to make this game:
The idea of the game is completely random I just wanted to make a shooter game and because I like horror games, I made a survival game with zombies.
You might notice that the environment of the game is kinda unique as I just tried to use colors and simple shapes like cubes (for the buildings) and capsules (for characters). I did that as I did not want to use pre-made objects, in the meanwhile I wanted to create a spooky environment for the player.
What was my goal to make this game
My goal was to make another 3D game to get more experience with unity engine. And I really gained much more experience.
How long it took me to finish the game
After I finished the game “scarecrow - don’t look away”, I started this game that took me 20 days to finish.
What I have learned from creating this game
Well first, I have learned a lot about Coroutine in unity engine and class code communications inside unity engine with OnEnable and OnDisable methods.
Also, I learned about making a shooting system.
